| Green Hydrocreatives feels proud in taking an initiative to enter into operating projects the first of their kind in India involving comversion of biogas to Natural Gas to be infused into the Natural Gas Grid [ PNG grid] through entering into gas supply agreements with State owned City Gas Distribution Companies; Green Gas Ltd in Lucknow and Maharashtra Natural Gas Ltd in Pune respectively. The company is pursuing development of projects in Delhi-NCR, Lucknow, Agra , Kanpur, Pune and Bangalore in next phase. The company is pursuing these projects with a net quantum of delivering more than 35,000 SCMD with an aggregate capacity combining all these projects together. |

| Green Gas Limited (GGL) is a Joint Venture of GAIL (India) Limited [GAIL] and Indian Oil Corporation Limited [IOCL]. It has been incorporated for the implementation of City Gas Projects for supply of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to domestic, commercial and industrial Consumers and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) to automobile consumers in the cities of Lucknow and Agra. |

| Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited, in short MNGL is a company incorporated in January 2006 to meet the City Gas distribution needs of various districts in Maharashtra. MNGL has got the PNGRB authorization for city gas distribution in Pune & Pimpri-Chinchwad city including adjoining areas of Hinjewadi, Chakan&Talegaon and subsequently will move on to other districts of Maharashtra depending on economic feasibility. |
